Project Girls 4 Girls (G4G) began as a hopeful vision: to establish a global sisterhood of women and girls striving for leadership, where one generation of women would pay it forward to empower the next.

Our BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) is to impact 1 million women and girls by 2030. Initially, we believed that achieving this numerical target would be our driving force. However, amidst this lofty ambition, it’s the smaller, more profound moments that hold the most significance for me and inspire us all.

We hear stories from mentees who travel across country to attend G4G programs despite facing multiple barriers, all in pursuit of achieving their dreams.

We hear stories from mentors who dedicate themselves to the G4G community year after year, realizing the unexpected personal growth they experience while guiding the next generation of female leaders.

We hear stories from our organizers, who devote every waking moment to volunteering with G4G, bringing our programs to life and witnessing the impact they create firsthand.

These stories come from places like Malaysia, Uganda, Brunei, Iceland, Mexico, Kenya, Kuwait, Pakistan, and beyond. They define our purpose and provide the inspiration to persevere.
