Datin Dr (h.c.) Hajah Hartini Binti Osman is the President and Group Managing Director of Prihatin Ehsan Holdings Sdn Bhd, Malaysia, an investment and property development company.

In addition to her business endeavors, she is also actively involved in social activities. She serves as Chairman for Yayasan Bina Kesejahteraan (YBCare), Director for Yayasan Jambor Sakti (Family Foundation), and Administrative Advisor for Yayasan Basmi Kemiskinan (YBK). She is the G100 Global Chair for Philanthropy, Business and Poverty Eradication, and an Exco Member and Alumni of Harvard Business School Alumni Club Malaysia. She is also an alumna of the Advanced Management Programme (AMP 190) at Harvard Business School (2016).

 

Her leadership extends further as President of the ASEAN–India Business Council under the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). She is the Honorary Advisor (I) of Persatuan Usahawan Wawasan Wanita Malaysia (Wawasanita) and the Sector Committee Chair for Women, Youth, Gender, and Diversity at the TransPacific Africa Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TPACCI). She currently holds the role of President of Women Economic Forum (WEF) ASEAN 2025, Malaysia, and President of Women Economic Forum (WEF) ASEAN.

Her contributions have been recognized with numerous awards. She received a Doctor of Philosophy (Honoris Causa) from RAI University India. She was named Women of the Decade in 2022 by the Women Economic Forum (WEF) in New Delhi, and again in 2023 by WEF in London. In 2024, she received The Muslim World Rania Award from the Association of Muslim World Business in Malaysia, as well as the People’s Choice – Humanitarian Impact in the Women Changing the World Awards from Women Changing the World, UK. She was also honored with the Themis Award – Honouring Women of Great Vision at the Women of Truth Integrative Health and Vision to Visibility Conference in Dubai. Additionally, she was awarded Sabah Top Achievers 2024 and the Legendary Women of the Decade Award by the Women Economic Forum (WEF) in 2025.
